What is Alignment
Don’t we all look for a better version of ourselves? We are either struggling with weight issues or low self-esteem and lack of focus or concentration. Did you ever think that without doing anything wrong, you cannot succeed as you would like to? Is alignment your answer?
The thought has eluded many. What are we doing wrong and where is the mistake? The answer is always there in front of us- alignment. A perfectly aligned mind, body and soul can do wonders in whatever you have decided to achieve. Most of the time, we focus on physical wellbeing but forget that a healthy body will keep you active, but a healthy mind would keep that focus to work on your body and a content soul would keep your mind engaged. A perfectly aligned system!
People who have learned the perfect combination of this alignment have moved ahead in life, whereas others can only hope and wish. They are highly productive, with reduced conflict and improved engagement and highly motivated.
How do we align all three to work as one?
- Make your mind strong that it can reduce unhealthy food, aerated drinks and alcohol. Learn to balance the nutrition to maintain the good physical health of the body.
- Focus enough to exercise regularly and commit to it.
- Stay physically and mentally healthy and focus only on the task at hand. Do not try to multitask (it takes away more mental space and drains you).
- Don’t ignore the signs of stress; it would first appear on your body, then on your mind, and finally on your soul.
- Try to take a breather in the day, do anything that would help you declutter and rejuvenate.
- Be open to self-improvement and new people.
- Take a walk outside, observe nature, observe things around you. Changing a bit of your routine helps feed the soul.
- Be kind to yourself. Give yourself a time out so that the next part of the day can be productive.
Unless the soul is not ready to make some changes, the mind will not be able to decide to take the next step. If one understands the basic alignment of these three, no task can be daunting. Anything and everything you select can be achieved with the perfect alignment of body, mind and soul. It is what makes you well as a whole.
